Send a copy of your W-2 form via email or regular mail together with other
forms that you may have get from your employer to our office in US. Do not
send any originals, send a photo copy or a scanned image of your documents.
Pay attention to required information for income tax estimates.
After receiving your documents we will assign you a contact number that will
be emailed to you together with the calculated amount of your tax refund, and
the amount of fee that we will ask for preparing your tax return when you
dicide to file. Remember to reference your contact number every time you
contact us. This is necessary for us not to confuse you with many of our other
customers.

If the amount of the tax refund is suitable for you, send the carefully filled
out Information Questionnaire to us and then we will start the process of
preparing your income tax return. The questionnaire provides us with all the
necessary personal data, which are needed to prepare your tax return. At this
time we will deduct our fee for preparing your tax return from the credit card
that was specified in Information Questionnaire.

Once we get all of the information from you, we will prepare all of the
paperwork and send you all of the necessary documents to sign and date. The
Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as well as State Bureaus of Taxation require
an original signature on all of their forms. After signing the documents
send them in the included envelopes to Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and
adequate State Bureau of Taxation. Included will be a thorough instructions
explaining what steps to follow to successfully file the return.

After completing all of the necessary information and submitting them to IRS
and State Bureau of Taxation, the processing time in those offices takes about
6 - 10 weeks. After that time, if you expect to get a refund, the checks will
be send to you at the address that you provided to us.
